Highlights include a large collection of Queen Elizabeth II notes compiled by a New York collector over the last 30 years. Unique and rare notes like a $5 “Harbin” Branch note issued in 1920 by Chinese-American Bank of Commerce, a Deutsch-Asiatische “Tsingtau, Kiau Chau” $1 Branch note issued in 1907 and a 20 Pesos note issued in 1886 by Banco De Santiago are other highlights.
A high-grade Kuwait Currency Board 1960-1961 Complete First Issue Set of 5 Banknotes is also up for sale. A 500 Pesos Mexican note issued by Banco De San Luis Potosi ND (1897-1913) with Face and Back Proofs, graded Gem Unc 66 EPQ by PMG is another beauty.
A $1,000 Citizens Bank of Louisiana; a Kansas Territory State Bank of Lecompton 1856 $2, KS-55 G4a, Whitfield 334 issued obsolete, A $1 note issued in 1875 by Mechanics National Bank of Philadelphia, 1929 Nevada Nationals including notes from Ely, Eureka, Reno and Winnemucca, Nevada, are other beautiful notes to look out for.
