Shiva or Human Figure on Ujjain coin?

Lord Shiva is one of the gods of Hindu trinity. He is known as ‘Devo Ke Dev Mahadev’ meaning God of Gods. Ancient India was also a great devotee of Lord Shiva and celebrated this deity enthusiastically! This can be seen from the numismatic evidence of the Ujjain coins.Wilfried Pieper has cataloged these coins into various types and class. Class 1 includes the Standing Human Figure (Shiva), Class 2 has Seated Human Figure (Shiva) and Class 3 has Standing Shiva with Bull. Interesting thing is to notice that though the class 1 and 2 type are classified as Human Figures but while describing the coins the human figure is specified as Shiva.
Different scholars are of different opinion on this. But what do you think about it?
