There is no clear idea as to when the latest Donald J. Trump inaugural medal will be released. There is no answer to what’s the approval status of the final designs either.

Presidential medals have been earlier struck in various compositions like bronze, silver and gold. They are also released before inauguration day. But the tradition which started in the late 19th century has been discontinued this time. Other privately issued medals and non-circulating coins authorized by foreign governments have been issued featuring the President.
