Siddharaja Jayasimha Solanki was a prominent ruler of the Chaulukya (Solanki) dynasty of Gujarat in western India. He reigned approximately c. 1092–1142 CE and is widely regarded as one of the greatest kings of his dynasty, often credited with bringing the Chaulukya kingdom to its zenith.
His capital was todays Siddhapur Patan (Anahilapataka or Anhilwada Patan). He assumed the title Siddharaja ("Accomplished King" or "Successful King") and also Maharajadhiraja and Avantinath (Lord of Malwa) after his conquests.
The famous Rudramahalaya Temple (Rudra Mahalaya) at Siddhpur Patan was built by him. He founded or developed the city of Sidhpur. He built Various tanks, stepwells, contributions to Brahma Kund, and forts.
A devotee of Shiva, he was a major patron of Jainism. He supported the renowned Jain scholar Hemachandra who refined and developed grammar of Gujarati language. His court attracted poets and scholars.
His coins are minted as an example of Numismatic continuity resembling that of Rana Hasti with same weight (approx 0.45g) and motifs. The obverse depicts charging elephant to right and the reverse has legend in devanagari
