Panna was a very small state in Central India.

The royal family of Panna were connected to Orchha's Rudra Pratap. It existed from 1731 until its accession to India in 1950.

It was situated in the Bundelkhand region of central India. Its territory corresponds to the modern Panna district in Madhya Pradesh state. The capital was the town of Panna, known for its diamond mines earning it the nickname "Diamond City".
