Chand Baori, a stepwell located in the village of Abhaneri in the Indian state of Rajasthan, was constructed by the Nikumbh dynasty under the rule of Raja Chanda between the 8th and 9th centuries. Chand Baori is a major attraction for domestic and foreign tourists. It is one of the significant step-wells in India, maintaining its own identity among historical sites.India Post issued a Commemorative stamp featuring Chand Baori in 2017.
