Ghiyath al-Din Tughluq, also known as Ghiyas-ud-din Tughluq or Ghazi Malik, was the first ruler of the Tughluq dynasty in the Delhi Sultanate. He ruled the Delhi Sultanate from 1320 CE until 1325 CE.Ghiyath Al-Din Tughluq issued a silver tanka weighing 10.94g, minted at Deogir. The obverse is inscribed as Al Sultan Al Ghazi Ghiyat Al Dunya Wa'l Din Abu'l Muzaffar. The reverse is inscribed as Tughluq Shah Al Sultan Nasir Amir Al Muminin (Mint name and date in words around in margin).
