One of the major festivals in India, Holi is celebrated on the full moon day of the Indian month Falgun. Holi is harbinger of spring season. It is a festival of spring and love, the fest lasts for a night and a day.
The evening is marked with Holika Dahan and the next days is observed as Rang Panchami, with various names across the length and breadth of India - "Dol Purnima", "Dhuleti", "Dhulandi", "Ukuli", "Manjal Kuli", "Yaosang", "Shigmo", "Phagwah", "Jajiri" and many fore.
In the Braj region, Holi is celebrated as Rang Panchami in commemoration of divine love of Radha and Krishna….
