This commemorative coin honours Hristo Botev, a poet and revolutionary from Bulgaria who was born in 1848 and lived from 1848 to 1876, and it marks 150 years since his birth. The first issue date and final issue date of the Bulgarian Revival series coin were both January 2, 2023.On the Obverse the emblem of the bank is featured in the center, with the date of its foundation, 1879, displayed in a ribbon. The issuer, "Bulgarian National Bank," is written at the top, and the denomination, "10 Leva," is written at the bottom. The year of issue is 2023.
