Burmese Bush lark (Mirafa microptera)

Myanmar released a commemorative stamp on the Burmese Bush lark on the Theme of Birds which is based on the series "Endemic Birds of Myanmar (2022-)". The multicolored stamp was issued on 4th January 2023 and was printed using offset lithography with a face value of 200 K - Myanma kyat.On the top right side of the stamp "Burmese bush lark” written in Burmese script and in Roman script, with its scientific name "Mirafra microptera" under that. An image of a Burmese bush lark perched on the branch of a tree looking graciously to the left side. While on the Left side, "MYANMAR" is written sideways; on the lower left side "200 K" translated into Burmese as is mentioned just above it.
Myanmar (Burma) has recorded a total of 1151 bird species, out of which 7 are found mostly in the defined region of the Burmese mountains, with the Burmese Bush lark being the only one from the lark species.
