Rajesh Pilot Commemorative Stamp

Rajeswar Prasad Bidhuri, commonly known as Rajesh Pilot, was an Indian politician, a minister of a minister in the Government of India and a former Indian Air Force officer. He was an Indian Air Force officer belonging to the Indian National Congress Party and represents the Dausa constituency in Lok Sabha.

Rajeswar Prasad Bidhuri joined Indian Air Force at a very early age; this was an outstanding achievement in ruling India. He was commissioned in the General duties of Indian Air Force Pilot on October 29 1966. On October 29, 1967, he was promoted to flying officer. Later on October 29, 1971, he was appointed as a flight lieutenant. He also fought in the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 as a bomber pilot. After his looking towards his work, he got promoted to Squadron leader.

The Indian Postal stamp issued his commemorative stamp in 2008, to commemorate him and his work.
