To enhance the tradition and custom Greece Post has released stamps illustrating costumes of the Mediterranean. The costumes showcase the tradition of Xanthi, Anogeia, Kastellorizo and Lefkada. These stamps depict the country's unique and individual culture from north to south.

The peculiar character of Greece is depicted in these traditional costumes, these stamp them of ‘Costu, me of the Mediterranean’ ass a time note to the continuity of the folklore of this region. These images on the stamp awake the history and tradition of the bygone era. The Hellenic Post released this stamp to pay tribute to Greece culture and tradition.
