Castle Swallow's Nest on Russian Rubles

The Sallow's Nest is also known as Swallow's Nest Castle, it is a decorative castle located at Gaspra, a small spa town between Yalta and Alupka, in the Crimean Peninsula. The swallow's nest is situated on a 40-meter cliff, wonderfully overlooking the Black Sea; it is one of the most visited places in Ukraine. The Swallow's Nest is one of the most popular visitor attractions in Crimea and has become the symbol of Crimea's southern coastline.The Bank of Russia issued Russian Rubles in 10 different denominations featuring Castle Swallow's Nest. This 100 Russian Rubles banknote features Monument to the Sunken Ships in Crimea’s capital city Sevastopol on the obverse side. The reverse side of this banknote feature Castle Swallow’s Nest in Yalta, Crimea.
