K. R. Puri was Governor of the Reserve Bank of India from 20 August 1975 to 2 May 1977. Initially, he was the Chairman and Managing Director of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. His signature appears on one of the last Indian rupee notes of 1,000 denomination. These notes were demonetized in 1978 and were re-introduced after a period of 22 years in 2000.You can start or expand the India note collection with this valuable note. Here, we present 10 Rupees note of 1976 bearing the signature of 5 K. R. Puri . Please note that this type does not bear an inset letter. Serial number and prefix letters (L, M, and N) may vary from image. The 10 rupees note is available only for just Four hundred and fifty rupees.
