Saint Arunagirinatha was a Tamil Hindu Saint poet who lived during the 15th Century in India. He was one of the most famous saints of India.Saint Arunagirinathar was born in Tiruvannamalai; he spent a large part of his life in Tiruvannamalai. His father died soon after his death, so; his pious mother and sister instilled in him their cultural and religious traditions.
Saint Arunagirinathar occupies a unique position amongst the saints, who guided us on the path of humanity and perfection. He is unique because he brings before us the image of Lord Muruga in full splendor and glory and bestows us the abounding grace of Muruga.
