A coin collection worth between £20,000 and £30,000 was robbed from a residence in the South West. Investigations have suggested that the coins were stolen between 7th May, and 9th May, in the Newbridge, Penzance area.

The Royal Mint collection consisted of valuable coins like Queen Elizabeth II gold sovereign 1998 worth £715, Queen Elizabeth II gold sovereign 1979 Type 13 worth £800, King George V Gold Sovereign 1926 worth £800, Queen Elizabeth II Gold Half Sovereign 1989 worth £745 etc.

The Police are still investigating the case and have asked everyone to report any kind of information or suspicion about the burglary.
