Police Failed to Solve a £20k Coin Heist

Two men walked into a coin Shop in Edinburgh and tried to sell three gold renaissance coins, a Mary Queen of Scots three-pound piece, a James VI sword and sceptre piece. It was just a day after these coins were stolen from the National Museum of Scotland.Suspecting that the coins have been stolen, the owner of Edinburgh Coin Shop asked the two men to come back again the following day and contacted the museum and police immediately. One of them was wearing a pin-striped suit and the second man was wearing an anorak.
The owner asked the suspects to visit the shop and the police was informed beforehand. Detectives were assigned to solve the case. The next day though the suspects and detectives arrived at different times. The police are still in looking out for these criminals.
