Basic Course in Indian Numismatics by Indian Coin Society

A basic course in Indian Numismatics is being organized by the Indian Coin Society from 6th July to 10th July at 2nd Floor, Punyai Apartments, 217 Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur. The course is basically designed for beginners to understand basics of Indian archaeology, history, Bharmi, Persian with the art of identifying coins using practical hands-on experience.The full-day course would be conducted from 10am to 6pm including excursions and a visit to monuments. The course would be conducted by Prof. Chandrashekhar Gupta, Dr. Ismail Kellelu and Shri. Prashant Kulkarni. Noted scholars and numismatists like Raju Bhatt, Sheetal Bhatt, Sharad Sharma etc. would also be present at the event as well.
