Chunghwa Post will be releasing a new set of four postage stamps depicting beautiful destinations within the Hualien County of eastern Taiwan on 28th August to promote tourism. One stamp depicts flowers on the coastal mountain range, the second one depicts a landscape from Qixingtan Beach; the third stamp highlights white-water rafting on Xiuguluan River, and the fourth one depicts Swallow Grotto of Taroko Gorge National Park.
Chunghwa Post will also be selling 11 eco-themed stamps between 26th August and 31st December for a 20% discounted rate. These postage stamps and merchandise highlight marine life, flowers, birds, mushrooms, herbs etc. of Taiwan. They can be purchased from post offices, the postal museum and Chunghwa Post's official online store, Postal Stamps Mall.
