Integral Coach Factory (ICF) and Department of Posts released a 5 rupees commemorative stamp on Vande Bharat Express. The stamp features the text 'Vande Bharat Express' n Hindi and English. “The Integral Coach Factory (ICF)” is also printed at the bottom.

Vande Bharat Express is Indian Railways' first semi high-speed train set known as Train 18, which will run between Delhi and Katra, with stops at Ambala, Ludhiana, and Jammu Tawi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had inaugurated the train’s first journey from New Delhi to Varanasi in February 2019. It can reach a maximum speed of 160 kmph and offers travel classes like Shatabdi Train but is designed to offer an exceptional travel experience. A GPS based audio-visual passenger information system, hotspot Wi-Fi for entertainment, pantry, bio-vacuum toilets, better seating, freezer, hot case and other technical modifications have been incorporated depending on feedback received from passengers.

The “Make in India” train was fully designed and manufactured at the Chennai-based Integral Coach Factory within 18 months. Its regenerative braking system can save up to 30 % of electricity. ICF has become the largest rail coach-manufacturer in the world by producing 2,919 within a span of 12 months until February 2019.
