On 1st December a unique free app called “1600” for Android and iPhone was released by Press Secretary Josh Earnest. The app allows Americans of all ages to learn about the president’s house and the activities that are undertaken there. The entry fee for the tour is a virtual 1 dollar note!

Using the app you have to point the camera of your device at the portrait of George Washington. An interactive 3D video, “1600 — a Year at the White House” starts playing automatically after that. The app makes use of a virtual 1 dollar note using which you can take a virtual tour of the white house.
