Denali National Park is one of the national parks of the United States of America. This national park includes the central, highest portion of the Alaska Range, together with many of the glaciers and glacial valleys running southwards out of the range.

The Construction of this national park was begun in the year 1923, and it completed in the year 1938. The 92-mile long roadway of this national park is the main access point for hiker’s bikers and bus tours. Private vehicles are allowed only up to 15 miles in this park. First, this park was named as Mount McKinley National Park but later it this name was changed to Denali National Park and Preserve. This park has a dynamic glaciated landscape which supports a diversity of wildlife, including grizzly bears, caribou, wolves, Dall sheep, and moose.

The United States of America has issued a commemorative quarter dollar with the theme of Denali National Park in the year 2012. The reverse of quarter dollar depicts Dall sheep with Mount McKinley rising in the background.
