Maryland is a state situated in the Mid-Atlantic region of United States; it is in the border of Virginia, West-Virginia and in the District of Colombia to its south and to the west, Pennsylvania to its north; and Delaware to its east.
The obverse of this coin is inscribed as depicts the portrait of George Washington. The reverse of this coin depicts Maryland Statehouse and is surrounded by White Oak leaf clusters.
