This unique shaped medallic 16 Ducats, Klippe is graded MS65. Struck in Vienna 1953//1486, this 55.88gm medal features the inscription • SIGISMVNDVS : (flower) : ARCHIDVX • AVSTRIE • . It also depicts the Archduke holding a scepter and a lowered sword; a lion support with shield and a plumed helmet is also shown. There is a re-strike date 1953; plumed and armoured Archduke with a raised sword on a galloping horse and the date below inside a ring of shields of his domains. The coin comes in an oversized holder with original case and letter from the Austrian Mint stating that it is striking number 21 of 25 minted. The coin values at a minimum of hundreds of thousands of dollars in the market.Latest News
