As per an official press release, The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) would be introducing the America’s Founding Fathers 2017 Currency Set. It is made of a Series 2013 $1 and $2 note from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York featuring portraits of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. They would also have matching serial numbers starting with 2017. This set comes packaged a tri-fold folder and each note is placed in a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve.

Ordering will be restricted to 25 sets per household from 14th to 20th March 2017, after which the restrictions will become lenient. A total of 5,000 sets would be available.
