Fake Banknotes Used in Movies Found in Circulation
2017-02-13 Mon
Fake paper banknotes used as a prop in movies have been found in Juneau, Alaska. These notes were found in Missouri last time in November 2016 as well. Only after they were circulated, people started realising that these notes came with the text FOR CINEMATIC USE ONLY and FOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY. Citizens have been alerted and they are asked to take a closer look at $50 and $100 denominations with the FOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY print. Nine reports about the use of these fake notes have already been lodged in one month. The image on the reverse is a work of fiction, with the Capitol Building disappearing into the clouds.Latest News
