US Mint Gold Coin Pricing to Increase

Prices of US Mint’s 17 numismatic gold products may be raised on 18th January. The pricing changes based on the changing value of gold in the market. The pricing was increased on 4th January when the gold price was on an average between $1,150.00 and $1,199.99 an ounce. Now, the value has reached $1,214 an ounce.If the value of gold stays at $1,200.00 an ounce, the pricing of gold coins will be increased to $50 for every ounce. Last year, the pricing of gold coins was raised six times and reduced five times. In 2015, pricing was dropped eight times and increased six times.
