The United States Postal Service is soon going to release stamps in 2017 that are good enough to eat. They will release a booklet of 20 stamps featuring six dishes from an array of Latin American culinary traditions to celebrate the influence of Central and Southern American, Mexican and Caribbean foods on American cuisine.

Designed by artists John Parra under the direction of Antonio Alcala, these stamps showcase a bright, playful and colorful illustration of one of the following dishes: Tamales, Flan, Sancocho, Empanadas, Chile Relleno and Ceviche. The names of these dishes are printed above the dish in a very appealing manner.

These stamps are a part of the new Delicioso Forever stamps collection 2017 and were released by USPS as a preview for stamps that will release in 2017.
