Postage Stamp To Celebrate Oman’s 46th National Day

Oman will be issuing a special first-day cover and a commemorative stamp to celebrate the country’s 46th National Day. The stamps can be used for receiving and sending postal materials through post offices in Muscat and across the country. People who are interested to know more about the stamp or the history of postal service in the sultanate can visit the headquarters of Oman Post in Ruwi. Philatelists can buy the special stamp from Ruwi office.Officials have stated that the stamp would feature a photograph of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and the national emblem. The first-day cover can be purchased for 250bz while both the stamp and the cover will cost 550bz.
