Possible Soviet Union Currencies for NATO Nations Revealed After 24 Years

In the 1970s, the top-secret notes of 1-zloty to 2,000-zloty denominations, with code name "E-17" were printed by the Warsaw Pact for use in captured NATO countries which could have possibly included Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands. It was only in 2015 that the existence of these notes was disclosed to the world by National Bank of Poland. The notes featured the skylines of various Polish cities. Official state that it could be the only series of its kind in Europe and it will be soon displayed at the Polish Mint in Warsaw next year. Many other countries have issued wartime contingency currencies during World Wars.
