He was a pioneer of rocket artillery.This beautiful gold pagoda was issued by Tipu Sultan during his reign in Mysore Kingdom. This gold pagoda minted in Khursheed Sawad weighs of this gold pagoda weighs around 3.45g. This coin is listed for INR 65,000 in an upcoming auction of Todywall Auction House, which will be held in Mumbai on December 17, 2022. Tipu Sultan, during his reign, issued different names for all his denominations.
The obverse side of this gold pagoda is inscribed as Huwa Muhammad As-Sultan Al-Adil Sanah 1217. The reverse side of this coin is Faruqi Pattan 7 Sanah.
