This gold mohur issued by King George V of British India; is listed For INR 2,00,000, in an upcoming auction of Classical Numismatic Gallery held in Kolkatta on April 2, 2022.George V was the king of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions and Emperor of India. He sat on the throne on 6th May; 1910 and ruled it until his death till 1936.
The obverse side of this gold mohur depicts the bust of King George V facing towards the left, Legend 'GEORGE V KING EMPEROR' written around. The reverse side of this gold mohur is inscribed as '15 RUPEES INDIA 1918.
