Perth Mint presents a wonderful souvenir to mark the beginning of a new lunar cycle in 2020. This innovative silver coin showcases a stunning and unique coin design.The obverse of the coin futures the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the coin's reverse portrays stylized mice and representations of wheat, grapes and corn, symbols of a bountiful harvest which is associated with happiness and abundance in Chinese culture.
The center of the coin features a rotating mouse-shaped bead insert. Made from sterling silver, it is plated in 18-carat gold. Also included in the design are the weight and fineness, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
