The West Bengal circle of India Post issued a special cover commemorating India’s Lunar Mission-Chandrayaan 2.
Chandrayaan 2 is India’s fully indigenous Moon Mission which initiated lunar exploration mission developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation which was launched on 22nd July 2019 and was scheduled to land on 7th September 2019. The primary objectives of the Chandrayaan-2 lander were to demonstrate the ability to soft-land on the lunar surface and operate a robotic rover on the surface.
To commemorate this mission a special cover was issued by India Post on the landing date. The cover has many special features which are a) the cover has full from the face with night glow, 2)the rocket has High Spot UV Gloss and the Rainbow effect Holographic cancellation mark with three components of Chandrayan2
