A new stamp is issued by Latvia Post featuring a piece of art created using the tactile painting technique in the collaboration with social company BlindArt. Tactile painting technique created for visually impaired people.
This stamp illustrated painting created by the students of Stazdumuiza Residential Secondary School of 4 to 8 under the Supervision of teacher Baiba Pika. The stamp was created by the talented artists, they include the painting Garamgajejs while the cover is decorated with the drawing of ballerina and Gribu but karalis ‘ I want to be king’.
