The Croatian Post issued a commemorative stamp to celebrate 100 years of Albert Einstein General theory of relativity.

Albert Einstein – one of the greatest scientists of 20th century – is most famous for his theory of relativity. According to it, everything is in relation to one another.

It consists of two theories in the physics field: special relativity and general relativity.The theory of General Relativity was put forward by Einstein hundred years ago on 20th February.

To celebrate its centenary Croatian Post issued a stamp worth kn0.90 (Croatian kuna).The stamp features the most famous photo of Albert Einstein and his famous equation E = mc².
