Mahatma Gandhi and Satyagraha | Gandhi Jayanti | Part 2

Gandhi’s return from South Africa in 1915 was a turning point in Indian history as he plunges into India’s politics. Rusted Post Box probes into this part of Gandhi’s life with various philatelic and numismatic issues highlighting the Satyagraha campaigns at Champaran and Kheda along with the Khilafat and Jallianwallah Baug tragedy. Armed with his weapons of Satyagraha and Ahimsa, a national uprising was beginning to take form with Gandhi at its forefront.
