Some lucky people will be getting the special coin that was issued by the Royal Mint to celebrate the Queen's 90th Birthday on 21st April.Though the coin costs £13, anyone who shares their 90th birthday with the Queen will get them for free.
The £5 coin pays tribute to the longest reigning monarch. Many such commemorative coins have been issued to celebrate such royal occasions.
A small number of the coins are minted in rare metals like gold, silver and platinum. The platinum edition will cost £5,000.
The only problem in buying these coins that you have to spend more than the cost of the metal. The price of the metal would have to rise dramatically to get the money back. Also these coins are not that rare to fetch you a premium.
