They say if you’ve got Einstein’s brains then you’re out of this world. This man who changed the course of science with his most popular mass-energy equation “E=mc square”, celebrates his 137th Birthday today. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics apart from quantum physics. Einstein's work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science. He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his "services to theoretical physics", in particular his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect, a vital step in the evolution of quantum theory.Let’s celebrate the 137th Birthday of this brilliant scientist by taking a look at some of the stamps, coins and notes that were published featuring him.
