A coin enthusiast, Mandy Woods, showed her exuberance when she posted an interesting picture on Facebook. She intelligently placed a few coins together which appear to make another coin’s design. If you place together every denomination under £1 then you can arrange the coins to make the Royal Coat of Arms - as seen on the £1 coin itself. Like the image clearly shows that when the one, two, five, ten, twenty and fifty pence pieces are arranged together, they indeed show a shield like the one seen on the pound coin.According to the Royal Mint "The UK’s latest coin designs were created by Matt Dent after a public competition who a design based on the Royal shield of arms, but few people realise that you can piece together the complete shield design as seen on the £1 coin using the other coins in the series."
