Mexican Libertad coins by APMEX and Banco de Mexico are on sale now. They feature historic designs which are significant to Mexican people. The reverse features a Winged Victory statue that symbolizes Mexico City. Popocatepetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes are also depicted in the background. The obverse features the national shield. The larger coins also depict different national coat of arms used in the history of Mexico.Introduced in 1982, these coins are popular among collectors and investors. The coins are available in different sizes from 1/20 oz up to 5 oz. They can also be purchased in different numbers like MintDirect® Singles and original bank bags containing 450 Silver Libertads.
