New Chiwoo Cheonwang Medal from APMEX

APMEX, Inc. would be releasing the second coin belonging to the Chiwoo Cheonwang Medal series at KOMSCO which is the official mint of South Korea. The first coin in the series was released in 2016 and became extremely popular.The 2017 1/10 oz Gold Chiwoo Cheonwang medal features a design of the Chinese and Korean legend on horseback, all set to attack. The medal also features the Chiwoo Cheonwang shield in great detail.
The 1/10 oz Gold medal comes in an assay card from KOMSCO in four colours like white, black red and blue. The card has an enlarged image of the Chiwoo shield. Mintage is limited to 25,000 per card.
Chiwoo Cheonwang is famous in Chinese and Korean cultures. Many mythological stories also include his name. It is the perfect design for South Korea’s first-ever Silver bullion series, which also includes quality .999 fine Gold medals.
