11th Ibero-American Series Features Natural Wonders

The Spanish Mint released the nine-coin 11th series of Ibero-American collector coins on 24th July. Nine different countries from Europe and South America participate in this set. The countries include - Argentina, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Portugal. The set comprises of nine silver coins and one silver medal. The entire set is sold as a complete collection.The theme for 10 Spanish Mint Coins is “Natural Wonders”. The obverse of each coin from all nine countries depicts the shields of all the nice countries around the issuing country's shield in the middle. A total of 10,000 sets of nine Proof Quality coins will be released and are available at the Royal Mint of Spain for 360 euros. The 0.925 Silver coins weigh 13.5 g.

Peru (1 sol) - Colca Canyon
Portugal (7.5 escudos) – Madeira
