There were days when men use to walk for miles and miles. And then there came an invention of ‘transport’ which saved our time and energy!We know various different modes of transport. We have seen them through our eyes on roads and in textbooks when we all were kids! But for the very first time, the Indian government’s Department of Posts has issued stamps on different modes of transport. These stamps showcase the history of gradual progression in the modes of transportation in our country through 20 beautiful postage stamps in the form of miniature sheets.
