After the banknote demonetization in 2016, new banknote series were introduced. The Reserve Bank of India issued Rs 200 banknote in Mahatma Gandhi new series in 2017. It is one of the missing links of Renard series.The obverse depicts portrait of Mahatma Gandhi. The reverse features Sanchi Stupa, one of the oldest structures in India. This series has Telescopic number with four bleed lines and two circles. The note has various designs and geometric patterns.
Denomination: 200 Rupees.
Size: 66 mm x 146 mm.
