Swamiji had the characteristics of a remarkable mystic at a young age. He was a superb student in school but was more interested in spiritual issues. By the seventh grade, his focus had entirely shifted to spirituality. Swamiji absorbed different scriptures in his quest for enlightenment. He became acclimated to the most significant six texts.

Shri Kumaraswamiji was a monk in the Hanagalla Virakta Math. The British controlled India, which harmed the people's social lives. But it was the fact that the youngsters were not getting adequate education that moved him the most. This enabled him to launch All India For their contributions to society in the sphere of education, the Veerashaiva Lingayat Mahasabha in 1904 and Shivayoga Mandira in 1909 are today regarded as the eyes of Karnataka.

He and his pupils always wore Khadi, which inspired their fellow Indians to buy swadeshi items. Swamiji's efforts were not only for the upliftment of humanity but also for animals and the environment. The Goshala created by the Swamiji 110 years earlier, aspires to offer refuge and safety to cows today with over 500 cows in its shelter.
