Larry Baber has been an ANA member since 1975 and has been officially re-appointed as the treasurer of the American Numismatic Association. Baber was holding the same position from 2011 to 2014. He also served as a Public Accountant and partner with the accounting firm of Leaf & Cole, LLP for over 20 years.

Before Baber, Gerome Walton was the treasurer for two years while Baber was overseas. Walton will now become the assistant treasurer again.

Several other points like the publishing contract for “The Numismatist”, “ANA Media Partner” proposal, Denver World’s Fair of Money in 2017, PNG/ANA Numismatic Trade Show etc were discussed during the meeting.

The ANA Board of Governors will meet again at 9 a.m. on 13th August during the Anaheim show.
