Sale of 2016 American $1 Coin and Currency Set to Begin on 16th June

On 16th June, the sale of 2016 American $1 Coin and Currency will begin. This time it would be a San Francisco Mint Enhanced Uncirculated 2016-S Native American $1 coin. This would be the third yearly release where the mint has issued an American $1 Coin and Currency set with an Enhanced Uncirculated Native American dollar from a different mint production facility.Various modern minting techniques like the use of wire-brush and laser-frosting techniques have been implemented to produce these coins in different finishes. The Philadelphia Mint could produce the Enhanced Uncirculated Native American dollar in 2017 as the other 4 mints have already got a chance to produce them in the previous years.
A $1 Federal Reserve note was also sold along with the 2014 and 2015 sets for $13.95 and $14.95, respectively, per set. 88,233 2015 sets have been sold by the U.S. Mint and they are still being offered.
