2019-11-13 Wed

As a component of a philatelic presentation at the National Polytechnical University in Yerevan devoted to the 100th commemoration of the principal Armenian stamp, HayPost today dropped and put into course a stamp committed to "Armenian History, 100th Anniversary of the First Stamp in Armenia".

40,000 duplicates of the stamp, with an ostensible estimation of 230 AMD, were printed by the French Carter organization.

The stamp was structured by HayPost's David Dovlatyan.

The postage stamp delineates an authoritative stamp of the Russian Empire with the ostensible estimation of 1 kop., which filled in as the main postage stamp for the principal Republic of Armenia in 1919. An overprint "?. 60. ?" is done on the postage stamp.
