"This is a the 1st Annual Nashville-Brentwood-Franklin Coin Show. This first year there will be only 41 tables available. Table Fees: One 6ft.=$125, 2 6ft. = $250. Saturday only, (w/8a.m. entry) tables are $75 each. Cases are $15 each, lights are $5 each. Tables may not be transferred, resold, loaned, leased, shared or sublet, in whole or in part, without written consent of the Bourse Czar. Tables not occupied by 9am Saturday, or have been vacated, resort back to the Bourse Czar for resale to wait listed dealers. Nothing is to be bought or sold that is prohibited in the area of the show. Smoking and alcohol is not permitted on the bourse floor. Dealers and assistants must wear the official dealer badge. Up to two dealers may share tables for an extra $25 each. All dealers and their working only assistants (maximum of 2), must be members of the ANA and BFC&CC. Regular membership is $12. Life membership is $150, w/board approval. Only dealers and working assistants are admitted to the Bourse prior to the public and allowed behind tables. Additions or changes after March 1st are $50. Early Bird entry passes are sold to dealers without tables for $50 and must be also be members of ANA and BFCC. Please do not add other dealers to you contract to avoid Early Birds paying as we need the money! 100% refund through JANUARY 31st. After April 1st, there are no refunds. If a dealer has any complications or emergency’s that prevent attendance, fess may be rolled over to the next year. There will be a CoinZip on line auction before and ending at Midnight Friday. Lots may be picked up on Saturday. Exhibiting dealers are encouraged to consign lots to be auctioned with a mininum of 10 lots with no sellers commisions. Dealer Setup: Thursday, Noon - 6pm and Saturday at 8am-9am. Public hours are Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm. Dealers may enter Friday and Saturday at 8am. Table location assignments will be made by drawing by the Bourse Czar for all dealers who’s paid in full bourse fees are received by March 1st. .Security precautions are being taken to provide every dealer with a maximum of protection. Police Security will be continuous on the premises from Thursday noon to 6pm Saturday. However, there is no insurance carried by the Coin Show, COL Steven Ellsworth, ret., its committee or any sponsoring club. None of these mentioned parties will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that might be sustained by those assigned space in the bourse, to their employees, or property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract.
